Elizabeth stood out from the rest-she was also very genuine, sharp, knows what she is doing and didn't over promise and under deliver. When I say she went to work on selling our home, she didn't just take the listing and hope it sells. She was active throughout; she created a strategic plan and implemented it. There during all the inspections, she is a master negotiator, and really knows the rules and regulations. While most agents just get photos and put it on the MLS and hold an open house praying that someone submits an offer. She went above and beyond. She thought outside of the box with her marketing/advertising, and it works. She also knows everybody. It's hard not to like Elizabeth-she is personable, outgoing and isn't afraid of challenges. She looks young (was shocked when she told us she is 37), but she has a decade of real estate experience to back her up, lending and insurance too. In a market that turned into a buyer's market, we had a tremendous number of showings and multiple offers. Also! She helped us buy our next home, we were concerned with how it would all be navigated and hitting our timeframes, but she made it happen. We didn't have to have a contingent offer; she has a list of vendors to help us with the repairs/updates (movers etc.) to our home we were selling as well as the home we were buying. Couldn't have asked for a better outcome. Grateful for Elizabeth, her expertise, experience and guidance through this process. She knows when to push and when to push harder to get the process moving along. From the time we met Elizabeth, she never hesitated to answer any questions and share resources to be as informed as we could entering the process of buying our first home. My then-boyfriend (now fiancé) and I spent countless hours house hunting and when we finally decided we wanted to place an offer for a home, Elizabeth informed us they had just accepted an offer and had changed the status to ‘pending’. Elizabeth spent over a month working with me before I signed the listing contract. She was patient, easy to talk to, walked me through the process so many times but never made me feel rushed or pushed. She wanted me to feel 100% in the decision I was making. This home was an emotional sale for me, and Elizabeth made me feel good about my decision. Once I signed, she spent a lot of time getting the home ready. Bringing in contractors, she even spent the day helping me get rid of furniture, bins FULL of trash, even gardened and weeded to expedite the process so we could get the home on the market sooner. She didn't stop there. She marketed the property beautifully; she TOOK the time to get to know the neighborhood and the neighbors who absolutely adore her.
