No doubt! She does not only bring her experience as an agent, but she also has a lending background, which comes in super handy when your lender doesn’t put you as a priority (our case sadly). She knows when to push and when to push harder to get the process moving along. From the time we met Elizabeth, she never hesitated to answer any questions and share resources to be as informed as we could entering the process of buying our first home. My then-boyfriend (now fiancé) and I spent countless hours house hunting and when we finally decided we wanted to place an offer for a home, Elizabeth informed us they had just accepted an offer and had changed the status to ‘pending’. We continued looking but the comparison was always to that one house. Little did we know the previously accepted offer fell through and it was back on the market! We immediately texted Elizabeth and right away she messaged the seller’s agent to get our offer in. About a week later we got a call from her informing us our offer was accepted! While we had several setbacks dealing with our lender, Elizabeth’s lending background helped us navigate through the process and she truly fought for us to get things moving along. "Where do I even begin! Working with Elizabeth was the best decision I have ever made. She was referred to me by another agent who knew that my situation was complicated. I needed to sell my home. Elizabeth spent over a month working with me before I signed the listing contract. She was patient, easy to talk to, walked me through the process so many times but never made me feel rushed or pushed. She wanted me to feel 100% in the decision I was making. This home was an emotional sale for me, and Elizabeth made me feel good about my decision. Once I signed, she spent a lot of time getting the home ready. Bringing in contractors, she even spent the day helping me get rid of furniture, bins FULL of trash, even gardened and weeded to expedite the process so we could get the home on the market sooner. She didn't stop there. She marketed the property beautifully; she TOOK the time to get to know the neighborhood and the neighbors who absolutely adore her. I wrongfully assumed that the REALTOR'S responsibility ends after the offer is accepted, but that only seemed to be the beginning of the work!
